<<<Better Solution: Building Social Business for Farmers >>>
We the “Team Krishoker Bazar” believe that the Social Business Invented by Dr. Muhammad Yunus is a better option to eradicate poverty and build a better future for the farmers.

a social business is a non-loss, non-dividend company designed to address a social objective within the highly regulated marketplace of today. It is distinct from a non-profit because the business should seek to generate a modest profit but this will be used to expand the company’s reach, improve the product or service or in other ways to subsidise the social mission.

Seven Principles of Social Business

These were developed by Prof. Muhammad Yunus and Hans Reitz, the co-founder of Grameen Creative Lab:
  • Business objective will be to overcome poverty, or one or more problems (such as education, health, technology access, and environment) which threaten people and society; not profit maximization
  • Financial and economic sustainability
  • Investors get back their investment amount only; no dividend is given beyond investment money
  • When investment amount is paid back, company profit stays with the company for expansion and improvement
  • Environmentally conscious
  • Workforce gets market wage with better working conditions
  • Do it with joy
The poor are the world's greatest entrepreneurs. Each day they must innovate in order to survive. They only remain poor because they do not have the opportunities to turn their creativity into sustainable income.
We the “Team Krishoker Bazar” believe that, our social Business project “KRISHOKER BAZAR”
Is working to establish a social business organization across the country. We are working for the health service of farmers, introduce organic fertilizers, arrange seminar to motivate stakeholders, reduce the bad impact of too much middleman and unite the farmers for their better profession.
We need your motivation and financial support to make it as an institution. Please join with us.
