Main Problems Bangladeshi Farmers face:
1.      Credit related issues : Adequate and timely credit is not given and there are undue delay in dispensation of credit. Scales of finance-The scale of finance fixed by the authorities is inadequate as the farm labor
has become costly.

The repayment period, repayment support prices for various crops are to be announced schedule, amount of installments etc. wasin the beginning of the season and future trading in made to the borrowers.agricultural produce is to be encouraged to enable • Another problem encountered by the farmers to plan agricultural operations.
<<<Solutions>>>

2.      The Agriculturists we must be united.
3.      Our children must learn; that it is a pride to be involved in Agriculture.
4.      We should focus some critical issues related to farmers and apply some digital instrument to solve the problems.
5.      We can follow the agricultural system from many Many developed countries .
<<<Better Solution: Building Social Business for Farmers >>>
We the “Team Krishoker Bazar” believe that the Social Business Invented by Dr. Muhammad Yunus is a better option to eradicate poverty and build a better future for the farmers.
সামাজিক ব্যবসা: দারিদ্র বিমোচনের নয়া হাতিয়ার
a social business is a non-loss, non-dividend company designed to address a social objective within the highly regulated marketplace of today. It is distinct from a non-profit because the business should seek to generate a modest profit but this will be used to expand the company’s reach, improve the product or service or in other ways to subsidise the social mission.

Seven Principles of Social Business

These were developed by Prof. Muhammad Yunus and Hans Reitz, the co-founder of Grameen Creative Lab:
  • Business objective will be to overcome poverty, or one or more problems (such as education, health, technology access, and environment) which threaten people and society; not profit maximization
  • Financial and economic sustainability
  • Investors get back their investment amount only; no dividend is given beyond investment money
  • When investment amount is paid back, company profit stays with the company for expansion and improvement
  • Environmentally conscious
  • Workforce gets market wage with better working conditions
  • Do it with joy
The poor are the world's greatest entrepreneurs. Each day they must innovate in order to survive. They only remain poor because they do not have the opportunities to turn their creativity into sustainable income.
We the “Team Krishoker Bazar” believe that, our social Business project “KRISHOKER BAZAR”
Is working to establish a social business organization across the country. We are working for the health service of farmers, introduce organic fertilizers, arrange seminar to motivate stakeholders, reduce the bad impact of too much middleman and unite the farmers for their better profession.
We need your motivation and financial support to make it as an institution. Please join with us.

What are the problems faced by farmers of Banskhali Upazilla, Chittagong District?

Farmers are the main entrepreneur of our country. Unfortunately,  they do not get proper support from Govenment aswell as Non-government organizations. Farmers in The area of  Banshkhali Upazilla, Chittagong district are passing through serious economic hardships, as they are unable to sell their various farm produces at reasonable costs. Middlemen strongly control and dictate the market of agricultural produces. A producer farmer does not get his share of the selling cost of the produce. Very often he is forced to make distress sale. These produces are invariably sold at very high cost and the middlemen are pocketing a large share. The farmers are denied opportunity to intervene in the market and do not have the bargaining power. The production of various produces food grains, vegetables, cash crops in Kerala are dwindling alarmingly. The purchasing capacity of the farmer is fast declining which is indeed a threat to the livelihood security of large section of farmers....
Many of the government sponsored schemes and programmes implemented so far have not redressed the farmers grievances effectively. These schemes have failed to find out worthwhile solutions to the farmers problems. Presently, the Government does not have a solution to the farmers problems. Limited financial resources are preventing the Government from attempting solution finding exercises.
